Term of Service

I. Overview

BUD Interactive, PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), a company registered in Singapore, sets out the following terms and conditions ("Terms") upon which users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "users") may use our services provided through our App.

• By using the Services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable legislation.
• We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time.

II. Registration, Use and Security of Account

• When you log in to our APP, you will be granted an account ("Account") and become our registered user.
• You should provide and update your Account information accurately.
• You must keep your Account secret and secure.
• You shall assume full legal liabilities for the activities engaged in the name of your Account.

III. Account Suspension or Cancellation

Your Account may be suspended or canceled in situations including, but not limited to:

• Violating these Terms or relevant rules
• Violating laws and regulations
• Abnormal account operation

IV. APP Service Specification

You are entitled to the internet technology services and information services provided by us through our APP. You shall not:

• Access, store, distribute, or transmit any harmful or illegal material
• Attempt to copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software
• Build a competing product or service
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures

V. Intellectual Property

• The intellectual property rights of the content provided in the APP belong to us.
• You shall respect the intellectual property rights of us and third parties.

VI. Liability Limitations

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

VII. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us from claims arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

VIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
• Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

IX. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
• Waiver: No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
